While it is true some seek massage therapy for the pure pleasure of ultimate relaxation I find most people look to massage to help decrease their stress, anxiety and tension. Injuries due to accidents or sports benefit tremendously from massage therapy.

With 35 years of experience in the art of holistic massage therapy and the healthcare industry I offer you my knowledge in a variety of hands on techniques for relaxing your body, soothing your aching muscles and helping you achieve wellness and inner peace. I work easily with those in the healthcare field such as, doctors, chiropractors, physical therapists or acupuncturists.
I customize my massage to suit the client’s needs by blending the many years of training and continuing education I have received. Some of the techniques I employ along with massage are, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, lymphatic drainage, stretching, swedish and deep tissue massage, reiki (Usui) , Sound vibrational reiki healing, chakra balancing, biofield chakra tuning.
My mission is to support you in achieving balance through personal wellness and self care. I am a firm believer in the amazing connection between the body & mind. I am a huge proponent of massage and holistic therapies for relieving physical and emotional stresses and strongly believe that massage therapy is invaluable for enhancing overall heath and well-being.
