A very specific gentle massage technique that encourages lymphatic flow  and drainage which brings balance to the body by filtering and removing metabolic waste, bacteria, excess water and proteins.

The main function of the lymphatic system is detoxification, but it also plays an important role in our immune system.  Your lymphatic system facilitates the removal of excess water, wastes, toxins and foreign substances from your body tissues. It is also responsible for identifying, containing and destroying disease-producing microorganisms in the body.

For most of us, the body is perfectly capable of draining itself. But injury, surgery, illness,  lack of physical activity, and other issues can compromise the system, resulting in a need for assisted lymphatic drainage.
